James has more than 25 years of professional experience in auditing, due diligence, risk management, accounting and financial advisory, and transaction advisory services for Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). James offers extensive experience and specialized expertise in the consumer products, retail, wholesale & distribution, services, industrial products & construction, and technology industries.
Business Experience
Before joining KC, James served as a Partner for MGO. James started his career at Grant Thornton & PwC. Throughout his career, James was a Partner for a BDO Alliance Member CPA firm, a Director for BDO USA, LLP, and a Partner for BDO China where he completed a two-year international secondment, in which he oversaw the SEC Audit Practice. During his tenure with BDO USA, LLP, James was heavily involved with the BDO USA National Office on various technical accounting issues and critical audit risk areas.
