Area of Focus:  
John Delarosa is an audit partner in our SEC practice. He has significant expertise in serving companies across major industries including financial services, media, technology, and wholesale. John has served companies going public through the whole IPO cycle providing audits and assistance of filing the registration statements, working with investment bankers and attorneys to ensure compliance with SEC rules and regulations. 

Business Experience:  
John’s prior experiences include providing external audits at Deloitte for publicly traded and privately held companies. John managed the day-to-day operations of his various audit and consulting engagements. John’s expertise also includes assessing internal control design, implementation and operating effectiveness in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. 

Additionally, John served as an inspector at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), where he conducted inspections of a Big 4 and a top 20 firm, assessing integrated and non-integrated audits of technology, biotech, manufacturing, and real estate companies.
