Ahmed Mohidin is an audit partner in the SEC practice. Ahmed serves as an engagement partner and regularly provides internal consultation and concurring partner review on complex audit and accounting issues, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, Form 10-K and 10-Q filings, and compliance with SEC regulations. 

Experience:  
Ahmed brings over 30 years of experience to Kreit & Chiu CPA LLP, having worked at three of the Big Four CPA firms—Price Waterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young—across the US, UK, and Middle East. He also founded and led the SEC and audit practice at GKM, a boutique full-service firm, where he was responsible for the firm’s compliance with its system of quality control for assurance services. 

Throughout his career, Ahmed has provided assurance services to both private and publicly held companies across a wide range of industries, including licensing, solar technology, communications, software, manufacturing, real estate, defense, construction, financial services, oil and gas, mining, and agriculture.
